A haunted man spirals into a night of rage, paranoia, and ghostly visions. Ignoring the calls from an unknown number, he attempts to hide a corpse in his motel bathroom. As hallucinations blur with reality, a bullet hole reveals a disturbing visage one room over: a father forcing his son to carry on a legacy of brutality. With each look through the hole, a new terrible truth is revealed, quickening Donny's descent into madness. As Donny loses his grasp on reality, we begin to learn what has led him here and how all these stories are connected.
